I was born in Milan in September 1964, in autumn, when the world is tinged with orange, yellow and red. The essential passion for art and for beauty has always accompanied me and has partially guided me in the choices I have made throughout my life, in the moments in which I ignored it, it made itself felt overbearingly and called me back to the path interrupted. I graduated from art school but then I traveled and lived for several years in Great Britain where I learned English and studied languages and where I still feel at home. The path along a lifetime has led me to work with the Italian Environment Fund and the study of the history of Milan, of Italy, and of the history of art in general has been further deepened. Now my only way is the painting, in its most diverse meanings. The impulse to investigate colours, lights and shadows, chiaroscuro, takes me on unexplored trajectories in the awareness that there is no end to knowledge and one should not be in a hurry to get there. .. if an arrival is foreseen, this is my way of being a painter. This is how my inner world exploded again and the urgency to pin it on the canvas became my priority. I see colors everywhere even in the dark and thanks to nature which reflects them, filters them, hides them I try to capture them in my brushstrokes. I still feel like Im at the beginning and thats why I venture out with enthusiasm without fear. I write about art in a local monthly in Southern Milan "LImprint", I am part of the Peschierarte Association and I study the life of painters undeterred.
